Extremely happy

Extremely happy! Though I had to wait a few weeks for delivery due to the terrible fires in LA, they were well worth the wait. We have found that the pans cook very evenly, clean up very easily and look beautiful. I would highly recommend the purchase of Hells kitchen cookware as I know it will last a lifetime. I also want to thank Hells kitchen support for the quick responses to my questions.

Fantastic 8" Pan

I followed the instructions for seasoning the pan and I absolutely love it. I have been using it about every day.
Now I am ordering the next size up since it cooks evenly using medium low to medium heat, with just a little oil.
I even ordered a couple of the larger ones for my kids for Christmas.
I know that they will love them to.
