Instructions:

  6. After about 15 minutes, stir in broccoli, cherry tomatoes and peas. Continue adding broth until rice is creamy and tender.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in parmesan, remaining butter, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
