What makes Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid Cookware different from other cookware?

Tri-clad means there is an aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel throughout the pan for quick heat-up and even cooking. The hybrid cooking surface is laser-etched stainless steel with a reinforced ceramic non-stick coating that is infused with anti-microbial silver ions for cooking surface protection. Hell's Kitchen is the first hybrid cookware free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA and contains no forever chemicals. This combination ensures durability, professional-grade cooking performance, and safe, healthy cooking convenience.

What is Fusion Guard®?

The patented Fusion Guard® antibacterial coating includes silver ion antimicrobial protection to prevent the growth of bacteria on the surface of the pan and protect the non-stick coating from microbial deterioration. This is not an alternative to washing the product.

Can I use HK Hybrid cookware on an induction stovetop?

Yes, our pans are safe for use on most cooktops including induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen.

Can I use Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid cookware in the oven?

Yes, Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid pots, pans, and lids are safe in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260° Celsius).

What temperature should I cook with?

Use low to medium heat, as Hybrid Cookware heats up faster and more evenly than other pans.

How do I season my pan?

1) Heat pan on MEDIUM-LOW heat for 2 minutes.

2) Add a thin layer (1-2 tsp) of neutral oil, and swirl around inside the pan to coat evenly.

3) Leave pan on MEDIUM heat for 1-2 minutes.

The pan is seasoned and ready for use immediately, or let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then splash with a cup of cool water to seal in the seasoning.

Dispose of the water and wipe dry, then store for future use.

Why are things sticking to my cookware?

If food begins to stick, it may be a sign that you are using too high of heat. Your Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid Cookware performs best at low to medium temperature.

Additionally it is likely time to re-season your pan. Deep cleaning or dishwasher cleaning may remove the seasoning layer - We recommend to re-season your cookware regularly.

Can I clean HK Hybrid Cookware in my dishwasher?

Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid Cookware is dishwasher safe, but with the nonstick coating, handwashing is easy and better for your pan. Harsh dishwashing detergents can damage the nonstick properties over time. Remember to season your pan again after cleaning in the dishwasher.

My pan has brown stains, how can I clean them off?

Use a stainless steel cleaner and scouring pad or steel wool to bring back the shine of the stainless steel. Be careful not to scrub too hard to preserve the nonstick.
