3) Leave pan on MEDIUM heat for 1-2 minutes.

Why are things sticking to my cookware?
If food begins to stick, it may be a sign that you are using too high of heat. Your Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid Cookware performs best at low to medium temperature.
Additionally it is likely time to re-season your pan. Deep cleaning or dishwasher cleaning may remove the seasoning layer - We recommend to re-season your cookware regularly.
Can I clean HK Hybrid Cookware in my dishwasher?
Hell’s Kitchen Hybrid Cookware is dishwasher safe, but with the nonstick coating, handwashing is easy and better for your pan. Harsh dishwashing detergents can damage the nonstick properties over time. Remember to season your pan again after cleaning in the dishwasher.
My pan has brown stains, how can I clean them off?
Use a stainless steel cleaner and scouring pad or steel wool to bring back the shine of the stainless steel. Be careful not to scrub too hard to preserve the nonstick.
