What does the warranty cover?

Your Hell’s Kitchen product is warranted to be free of defects in material, construction, and workmanship with normal home use when following the care and instructions, for your full ownership experience. The manufacturer agrees, at its option, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt. The owner must provide normal maintenance and proper care of the product according to generally accepted standards and used as directed. Shipping and handling fees, if needed, are to be paid for by the customer, and products will ship from the USA.

This warranty is limited to consumers with proof of purchase. If the product was not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer this warranty is null and void.

What does the warranty not cover?

Hybrid Cookware

• Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
• Blows, shocks, drops, or falls
• Normal wear and tear, including stains, discoloration, scratches, and other cosmetic changes that do not affect performance or safety
• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or tampering
• Damage caused by sharp or non-safe utensils, utensil impacts, or stacking during storage
• Use of improper cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive products not rated for non-stick surfaces, harsh chemicals such as bleach, or non-recommended cleaning methods
• Usage in commercial or workplace settings or for any non-intended purpose
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
• Damage caused by insects, animals, accidents, acts of God, or negligence

Note: Cosmetic marks from normal use will not affect the safety or functionality of the cookware.

Knives:

• Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Blows, shocks, drops, or falls
• Normal wear and tear, including stains, discoloration, patina, and scratches
• Damage from cutting on hard surfaces, prying, twisting, bending, cutting frozen or hard-shelled foods
• Rust or water damage from prolonged soaking or dishwasher use
• Dull blades, handle damage, bent/broken/chipped/snapped blades
• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or tampering
• Use of harsh chemicals or non-recommended sharpening tools
• Usage in commercial or workplace settings or for any non-intended purpose
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
• Damage caused by insects, animals, accidents, acts of God, or negligence

Note: Cosmetic marks from normal use will not affect the safety or functionality of the knives.

Warranty Process for All Products

If your Hell’s Kitchen product fails during the warranty period:

1. Email support@hellskitchenstore.com with your original proof of purchase.
2. Include photos clearly showing the defect.
3. If required, we may request the item be returned for inspection. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label and cover inbound shipping costs.
4. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a credit at our discretion. A shipping fee may be charged for the replacement unit.

Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of goods.

Limitations of Liability

The remedies above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this warranty.

We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties to match the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so these may not apply.

Our liability will not exceed the purchase price paid. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so these may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary from state to state (and country to country, if applicable).
