Hybrid pans can have a bit of a learning curve, especially for eggs.
If your pan is sticking, here are some things to try:
Deep clean and re-season the pan - see our FAQs or YouTube video for seasoning instructions
Turn down the heat: Hybrid pans heat faster and more evenly than other pans. Start by preheating at maximum medium heat, turn down to low before adding your food - experiment with what temperature works.
Don't forget the fat: please be sure to use adequate butter or oil - we recommend high smoke point oil such as avocado oil.
