So far, so good

This pan cleans easily. It was easy to condition. I like the idea of ceramic. I have not tried stainless steel implements in it.
The 4/5 rating is based is because nothing gets 5/5 this soon in the product use cycle.

Fun to make food with this pan every day

Easy cooking and cleanup, high quality, even heat, solid construction

No problem with them yet thay cook great it's over time that counts but at this time very happy...

Extremely happy! Though I had to wait a few weeks for delivery due to the terrible fires in LA, they were well worth the wait. We have found that the pans cook very evenly, clean up very easily and look beautiful. I would highly recommend the purchase of Hells kitchen cookware as I know it will last a lifetime. I also want to thank Hells kitchen support for the quick responses to my questions.
