I have only had the pan for a week but have used it several times. I bought it to replace the identical size 5 quart pan with a teflon coating. So far no stuck on food and it looks great and will not scratch.

These are the best quality pots and pans I have ever used only complaint I have is, I wished I had got them sooner. It's strange how no matter what eye you have them on on your stove top that heat is evenly distributed all over the pan. I love these and the hexclad!!

This is a brand new pot for me, but I love the way it heats and radiates the heat throughout. I definitely needed to use it on a lower temperature which was an easy adjustment. Easy clean-up
