There is not a time I grab this pan, and don't say, "I LOVE MY PAN. " All the pans are light in weight, which helps with my arthritis. I love that the handle stays cool, when cooking on the stove top, and lastly, I love how easy it is to clean. I have purchased some, and gave out as gifts. Everyone was very pleased and loved them also. This brand is the only brand I will ever buy and recommend! Thank you HELL'S KITCHEN!

This lid has a handle that stays cool, and I also like that it has a little steam vent. I bought it to go with the 9 1/2" skillet.

I use this pan all the time! I absolutely love it!

I love these toxin-free pans! After having used ceramic non-stick, once you season your HK pans per instructions, the non stick works much better than pure ceramic. I also love being able to use metal spatulas without fear of scratching.

I have an 11” sautée pan and now just purchased the 5 qt stockpot…can’t wait to use it!!

This 5 qt pot is the perfect size for my chili and soups. Nothing sticks to it and clean up is a breeze once the pot cools down. I love all my Hell's Kitchen cookware. Waiting for a 1 qt pot to come out one day, then I'm all set.

I just love my new pans. So sturdy and cooks evenly. Love that I can touch the stay cool handles on the pots.

Honestly, this is the best looking plan I've ever seen or used. Now besides esthetics it's a great pan. I seasoned it first and since then it's been awesome. No stick performance for my almost daily scrambled or fried eggs. Then my wife fried her favorite hamburgers in there and BAM, great. I was a little worries about cleaning up the oil that was burnt onto the edges of the pan but they came right off with some Barkeeper's friend! Being able to use steel utensils is also a great advantage, cause let's be honest plastic utensils just don't last. I think the next think I have to do is build a rack so I can hang my sexy pans up! ❤️

I received my pot and pan yesterday, seasoned as directed and cooked in the pot. Food didn't stick and it cleaned up easy. Of course, this was like my 4th order of Hell's Kitchen pans. I love these pans. And I was surprised on how big these 2 1/2 qt pots are. It is bigger and my other brand that I have been using for years.

I'm not a chef or even a great cook but I know very good cookware when I us it.
The weight finish and inner and outer wear surfaces are 1#. These clean very easily and really maintain the wear surfaces very well. There expensive but I feel I'm definitely getting my money's worth.

Prior to possibly buying a sizable set of new cookware, I wanted to give the hybrid pan a try. As a lifelong user of cask iron, I'm researching quality cookware that is not as heavy - the miles on my body are increasing rapidly, especially my hands and wrists. Craving a juicy steak was my first use. Holly hell, it turned out perfect! I'm a med-rare leaning towards the red steak eater. It was fabulous - at least as juicy as one seared in a well-heated Grizwold without setting off the fire alarms at home or stressing my wrist. Secondly, another favorite is fried eggs, over-medium for breakfast. I was NOT disappointed in frying, texture, or the taste. Some non-stick pans for me leave a taste-texture combo that I dislike. The eggs were wonderful with crispy margins - again, perfect to my tastes. In short, I love my 11" hybrid pan!!! Well-done!

This is my seance hells kitchen frying pan. I love the size and the quality is exceptional!

While I am not a famous cook,maybe in my own mind I am because the cookware makes it easy to make you a chef.
The non stick surface is so easy to cook on and clean all with no chemicals.
These are so good , I bought everything available.
