PFAS-Free Hybrid 3 Piece Starter Bundle

I received my pot and pan yesterday, seasoned as directed and cooked in the pot. Food didn't stick and it cleaned up easy. Of course, this was like my 4th order of Hell's Kitchen pans. I love these pans. And I was surprised on how big these 2 1/2 qt pots are. It is bigger and my other brand that I have been using for years.

We had a small issue that was immediately addressed by Customer Service. We were very impressed how HK stands by helping it's customers. And we are very pleased with our 11" frying pan. If it is seasoned before its first use and a little oil is used at midium heat, there is no sticking and the pan cleans with a simple wipe. We have not used the sauce pan yet that we also bought. We hope to also include a review on it later.

I started out with the starter set (8” frying pan & 2.5 qt.) to check it out. Since then I also bought the almost 12” frying pan. Non stick, great heat transfer, and easy clean . Did I mention beautiful. I have a full set of AllClad back home. Wanted to try these and I think they’re great. Will probably by the wok next.

I really like this product. Clean up with warm water and paper towel is all you need after seasoning. Kids prefer to put in washer but reseason can take place at next meal cooking with a little olive oil though i do it immediately after it comes out of the washer.
Slight coloration from high temp cooking. Learned the hard way. If you have a gas stove, you dont need the heat too high. The flame is 980 to 1300 deg so med high is more than enough. Good thing theres no toxins! But, if you get it too hot it will look like it starts to patina but a wool pad or stainless polish fixes that. Wash with warm soapy water and reseason after.
Great product. Weighty and thick base but heat transfer is nearly instant. Im very impressed.
