Great quality as all your pans are, but the size is so unique and comes in so handy. I just love it.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced water getting trapped between the metal ring and glass of the original style lid which caused it to rust. The construction on this newer version is WAY better and far more professional. Very happy

I love the pan, used it every day since it arrived. Should have gotten a smaller one as well. bUT can't afford it right now.

I've only used these a couple few times since I got them a week ago. I like how they feel, how they clean up and the even cooking. I was suprized how hot the covers handle got so hot, when boiling water I lifted the cover off and had to use a pot holder to take cover off. other then that, Love them.

A perfect skillet. Just what I needed in my cooking arsenal. I seasoned the skillet as per enclosed instructions and it does not stick and is so super easy to care for. Simply wash with warm soapy, water and dry. I will not be putting this beauty in the dishwasher. Thank you so much Hells kitchen store for my new skillet. I do highly recommend.

I received the replacement lid for my 9.5-inch pan. OMG! I love how it fits to the pan. It seems to have a better fit so that the moisture does not get trapped between the metal ring and the glass. Easy to clean. Thank you for the ease of replacement for this product.

This is the best pan I have ever owned. When you cook for a famil of 6 you use a lot of pans and often. Now I want more.

Im a real owner and absolutely love these pans so far. Granted they tend to have a little bit of sticking but it's so easy to clean up after compared to pans ive owned in the past that I don't even consider it an issue whatsoever. I ordered the hexclad originally but these were better priced and actually seemed to do better so I quickly returned them and I'm glad I did. My 12 year old son loves cooking on them as well. Tastes so healthy and cooks so evenly.

I have loved Gordon Ramsey forever, I watch all of his TV shows. He is such a kind, big hearted person as he navigates his way across the nation to assist others in their failing restaurant endeavors. He treats his blue and red teams like royalty, forever providing valuable insight and gifting them with wonderful activities and gifts that they all love. So naturally, when I came across a sale on his pans, I couldn't resist the purchase. I am most certainly not a chef, a mediocre Mama cook at best. These pans are wonderful! They definitely cook more evenly and I am thinking the end result tastes better as well. I know they will last for a long, long time. Especially since I don't let anyone in the house touch them! I don't intend to generalize, but I have personally found that men in their 20's have a need for speed, and cook everything on high heat. I kept a couple old pans that they can use. Needless to say, I am thrilled!
