steam release lids

I made a big mistake ..... lid has a steam release. I'm 80 years old and set in my ways. Everyone loves my cooking but I need to readjust to a lid with "steam release".

11” pan and lid

I love it because bottom pan has black that don’t show dirty . Eggs works very well as silk . 11” better than 10” pans because bacon fit well on 11” pan.
