Recipe: Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium russet potatoes (after using the skins for appetizers)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (or milk)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions:
