Perfectly seasoned, topped with cheese, and ready in minutes, they're a fun and tasty way to make the most of every spud.

Recipe: Crispy Potato Skins

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the potatoes for about 45-50 minutes until tender. Let them cool slightly.
  2. Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out most of the flesh, leaving a thin layer inside the skins.
  3. Heat your 11” Hybrid Frying Pan over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  4. Place the potato skins in the pan, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the skins are crispy.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the skins. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
