Of course I wanted to try these amazing pans just based on Chef Ramsey‘s reputation and watching all of his television shows. I used the pan so far just for basic scrambled eggs and it does what it says that it doesn’t stick and even heating. So far, I’m very impressed with this pan.

This pan has been amazing! The heat distribution has been something that I was not expecting. I have an electric stove, and with my old pans there would be an uneven distribution of heat, none with these. Also, the non-stick of these pans is second to none.

My wife gave me the large frypan for Father's day. I love this pan, it is my new everyday go to pan. The pan heats quickly , sears nicely and maintains the heat while cooking on medium temperature. Yes you can use metal utensils without scratching or damaging the pan. Cleanup is a breeze.
I love it so much I purchased the 12 inch Wok but have yet to use it. The wok is large enough to not only stir fry in it but can also be used to make soup, pasta sauce or to simply boil vegetables.
My order was delivered promptly as promised and on time from California.

OK, while I love my hybrid pans, these Forged Steel are Amazing! These two pans immediately replace my two non stick pans which showed signs of wear. Fried or scrambled eggs? Perfect, no stick. Quick vegi and chicken sauté, yes sir. Blueberry pancakes' cooked in ghee, perfect. Even heating, no stick, and easy wipe down clean up. Such a great value too. Def getting the set as gift for family and friends who appreciate great cookware!

Great for everyday use, especially breakfast! We use for eggs, pancakes, quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwiches - anything. It never leaves the stovetop. As soon as it's cleaned, we use it again. It's also very easy to clean.
