After washing (I washed them twice because after the first wash, I was still getting a grayish color on the drying towel). Seasoned pans (about 6 minutes), and cooked a tomato meat sauce on an electric stove.
I simmered the sauce for about 4 hours at a really low temperature, because the heat conduction was better than my other pans. And NO STICKING!! If you cook a Sunday Sauce, you know there is a lot of stirring - not with these pans. I barely stirred it because it wasn't sticking. Cleanup was a breeze. 100% recommend!

Love the way they look, clean up and cook. Wow they are a slam dunk for the money. Love them
