What does the warranty cover?

All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, when cared for according to included instructions. They do not cover commercial use, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear. If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with one of equal value, or issue a credit.

Your Hell's Kitchen Hybrid Cookware and Damascus Steel Knives are warranted to be free of defects in material, construction, and workmanship for as long as you own them.

As long as your product is used and cared for as directed, we stand behind it for life.

Forged Steel Cookware Warranty

Our Forged Steel cookware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, when used under normal household conditions and per the included care instructions.

Stainless Steel Knives Warranty

Our Stainless Steel Knives are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, when used under normal household conditions and per the included care instructions.

Stainless Steel Utensils Warranty

Our Stainless Steel Utensils are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase, when used under normal household conditions and per the included care instructions.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by: improper use or failure to follow care instructions; rust or corrosion resulting from improper care, including leaving knives wet, soaking them, storing them in the sink, or failing to hand-dry them; dishwasher use on Damascus Steel Knives, which must be hand-washed and hand-dried; blows, shocks, drops, or impacts; normal wear and tear (stains, discoloration, scratches, patina); modifications; loss or damage in transit; accidents or events beyond our control (including acts of God); insect or animal damage; use of unsafe utensils, abrasive cleaners, steel wool, bleach, or harsh chemicals; use with appliances such as mixers; commercial, workplace, or non-intended use; or negligence, improper maintenance, or misuse.

Cosmetic changes from normal use, such as minor scratches, discoloration, or patina, do not affect performance or safety and are not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Products purchased used, secondhand, or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

How to File a Claim

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@hellskitchenstore.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Describe the issue and include photos of the defect along with a copy of your original invoice.
3. Claims for missing parts must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. If approved, we'll repair, replace, or credit the item. If a replacement is needed, we'll provide a prepaid return label for the defective item; a shipping/handling fee may apply for the replacement unit.

Limitations of Liability

The remedies above are your sole and exclusive remedies, and represent our entire liability under this warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty (where allowed by law). Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
