This knife set is the definition of perfection, love them, Spot- on!

I had been worried about buying a knife sight-unseen and without actually having the feel of it. I have a Calphalon chef knife and a Henkle chef knife - ironically, I much preferred the weight balance of the Calphon vs the Henkle - thr Henkle was very handle heavy. So I wanted something that was weight distributed like the Caphalon but a better blade and type of metal. Insert the ****’s Kitchen knife. It is what dreams are made of, at least to me. Perfectly balanced, sharp as ****, beautiful. Everything I hoped for!!! Thank you guys!!!

We use this honing rod about once a week to keep our Damascus steel knives ultra sharp!
