It heats beautifully! It’s not as nonstick as I thought it should be.

We haven't had a chance to use everything, but are extremely impressed with what we have used this far. The ease of which we can evenly cook and clean the new pans, really adds to the joy of cooking. 😃

well i used calphalon cookware it kind a good durable made good nonstick it flakes off. But i love the Hell's Kitchen cook ware have not had any problems with these pans excellent cooking and temperature is very evenly distributed even the side walls never had a cookware set to do this i applause on a very excellent cookware set. i do use propane not natural gas so my cooking time is faster than natural gas. my cooking time is cut in half i was very shocked and very pleased with these hell's kitchen pan set. i will not change to another pan set. the cleaning of the pans were with ease .PS: wish it fry pan was made in a 14"

I've only used these a couple few times since I got them a week ago. I like how they feel, how they clean up and the even cooking. I was suprized how hot the covers handle got so hot, when boiling water I lifted the cover off and had to use a pot holder to take cover off. other then that, Love them.
