While I am not a famous cook,maybe in my own mind I am because the cookware makes it easy to make you a chef.
The non stick surface is so easy to cook on and clean all with no chemicals.
These are so good , I bought everything available.

I have used these pans for a week and love them! I like cooking at a lower heat and I like that the pans heat and cook consistently. The pans showed up on time as promised and exceeded my expectations.

I only wonder why they still use the Hexclad pans on the Hells Kitchen tv show rather than the HK products? Same thing, right?

I certainly love my three pans with covers. The distributor of heat is outstanding. The ease of cooking on a cast iron non-stick is excellent. The design is very unique too! The glass covers allow you to keep grease from going all over my oven. Cleaning is a Breese with just water and a cloth.

Extremely happy! Though I had to wait a few weeks for delivery due to the terrible fires in LA, they were well worth the wait. We have found that the pans cook very evenly, clean up very easily and look beautiful. I would highly recommend the purchase of Hells kitchen cookware as I know it will last a lifetime. I also want to thank Hells kitchen support for the quick responses to my questions.
