I "was" a Hexclad user for a little over 2 years until one of my pans non stick layer started peeling, then I found out it was Teflon. 🤢
After that I remembered seeing an ad for Hell's Kitchen on Facebook and decided to give it a try. OMG! I "thought" Hexclad was good, except for a few things I couldn't cook in it. Hell's Kitchen Hybrid Cookware is way better! So far I haven't found a single dish I can't cook in it. No more need for a separate non stick pan to make dishes that stuck in my Hexclad set! Plus the food tastes better in the Hell's Kitchen for some reason, maybe because it doesn't have Teflon? No idea, all I know is now that I've tried them I'm hooked, and I'm hoping and praying they expand the options to more sizes and different pans like I had in my $2000 worth of Hexclad cookware.
